At KStyle Glow, we prioritize product safety, hygiene, and quality.

Due to the nature of skincare products, all orders are considered final once processing has begun.

That said, we are always happy to assist if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or missing

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Your order number

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and processing has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
