4.1 Prices shown on the site are in USD, excluding applicable shipping fees and all transactions with K Beauty Glow are made in US dollars. Shipping fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout.

4.3 The price of products will be as stipulated at all times on our site, except in case of an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices and features on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you an option of confirming your order at the correct price. If K Beauty Glow is unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded in full via the original payment method you used.

5.5 Product Authenticity - K Beauty Glow is committed to selling only authentic Korean beauty products sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. All products are genuine and imported from Korea or authorized suppliers.
5.6 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
5.7 In the event that the product you receive is defective or incorrect, terms of K Beauty Glow Return & Exchange Policy shall apply.
5.8 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY
6.1 The products displayed on the site can be ordered and delivered to locations as specified during checkout. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information on the various delivery options that K Beauty Glow offers.
6.2 Subject to the availability of the products you have ordered, K Beauty Glow will endeavor to deliver the order consisting of the products listed in the estimated timeframe indicated when selecting the delivery method.
6.3 You may occasionally experience delays in delivery for reasons such as a high volume of orders being received by K Beauty Glow during sales periods, holidays or occurrences of unforeseen circumstances.
6.4 Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery.
6.5 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the products or any other terms in these Terms, the property in the products shall not pass to you until K Beauty Glow has received payment in full.
SECTION 7 - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
7.1 All returns must be done in accordance with the instruction set out in our Return & Exchange Policy page.
7.2 For any returns, the return is subject to the conditions listed on our Return & Exchange Policy page. For products that meet our stated return conditions, you may choose for the products to be replaced or refunded.
7.3 Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Opened products may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
7.4 K Beauty Glow reserves the right to refuse unreasonable return requests, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of excessive returns, return fraud, or abuse of our return policy.
7.5 K Beauty Glow reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, K Beauty Glow's decision will be final.
SECTION 8 - LOYALTY PROGRAM
8.1 K Beauty Glow may offer a loyalty rewards program to registered customers.
8.2 Expiry of Points - Loyalty points will expire if there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months.
8.3 No Cash Redemption - Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash.
8.4 We reserve the right to upgrade, downgrade, suspend or terminate your loyalty program membership at any time.
8.5 Changes to the Loyalty Program - K Beauty Glow may at any time without notice to customers (i) enhance, replace and/or revise the types of benefits and privileges available; (ii) revise or add to these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) suspend or terminate the loyalty program.
SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF ORDER AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
9.1 To be able to make purchases through our site, you will be required to provide your personal details including your name, billing and shipping address, e-mail address and/or other contact details. If you do not provide us all the information we need, we cannot process your order.
9.2 The information or personal details that you provide us shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you are aged under 18, you may only place an order with the consent of your parents or guardian.
